Now more than ever, people are asking the question: How do I improve my wellness and well-being in times of colds, flus and other illnesses?
While no one really has one concrete answer to this, and the internet provides a barrage of answers, we set out to share how we at Still achieve well-being in our mind and body by following the simple tips below.
- R & R, baby - It’s a fact, proper rest and relaxation can help reduce cholesterol levels, counteract the effects of stress, and maintain our body’s blood pressure. Though most adults get less than 7 hours a sleep per night a night….WHAT…. doctors recommend 7- 9 hours for a clearer mind, higher productivity levels, and sharpened awareness.
- Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! - yes, we’ll be the ones to say it, put down that soda and no one gets hurt! Unfortunately, many Americans consume sodas and sugary drinks for most of the day. Swap those unhealthy, non-thirst quenching options for WATER! Our body requires 8 -10 glasses of water daily. Our brains themselves are made out of 70% water, which means fueling its tank up helps improve brain function. Water can also help burn fat, improve digestions and rid your body of toxic waste.
In order to help get you started on your wellness journey, we’ve created our Well-Being Collection that includes teas that will be sure to aid in everything from digestion, immunity, mood-boosting, and energy. All teas from the collection are currently 15% with the code community. Not sure which one to start with? Don’t stress! Our tea sampler allows you to select 3 single-serve portions of our teas you’d like to try for only $5.
We look forward to being a part of your wellness improvements and are happy to answer any questions you have about incorporating tea into your daily routine!
